Follow-up was short with half of the patients not being followed for 10 years.
This study did show benefit for prostatectomy in patients with higher grade disease (7 or higher).
Agent orange exposed patients have significantly more high grade prostate cancer than the normal population.
I am still a strong advocate of active surveillance with the proper follow-up.
